The Beginning of Saling's Obedience School
A
Sheltie named Brenda's High Hope was the inspiration and beginning of
Saling's Obedience School. Born on January 10, 1981, Hope was an
amazing dog with amazing talent. Her father was a Champion and she was
the kind of dog that was so quick to learn, she made you feel like a
brilliant trainer. I picked her out at just 2 weeks old. We were
raising four children so I had to save my money so I could pay for her.
I took her to DTCT where she continually whizzed past every dog in her
class. I started to show her at less than a year old and she would
always bring home a Blue Ribbon. She made me feel like a great trainer
but she actually was God's gift to me because I needed a dog just like her
to strengthen my talents that God had already given me. Hope helped me
in my business, people were in awe of the things she could do, from taking
silly pictures to showing her in
Utility.
Hope was patient,
strong, courageous and she would do anything that I asked her to do.
Brenda's High Hope certainly lived up to her name, she helped me to
have confidence in my God given ability to train dogs and teach people.
She was indeed the start of "Brenda's High Hope" which is now known as Saling's Obedience School.
Thank You
God, Michael, Hope, and Friends
Love,
Brenda
